Correcting C-0023, whose 'unrebutted' clause X-0036 refuted. The pricing of the superluminal positive-energy programme stands: Lentz asserts superluminal solitons from purely positive energy densities; Santiago-Schuster-Visser rebut Lentz, Bobrick-Martire and Fell-Heisenberg collectively, since each 'merely asserts the existence of one sub-class of timelike observers for which the energy density is positive', which does not establish the WEC, and they exhibit boosted observers who see negative density. What was wrong is the claim that the subluminal survivors sit unrebutted in the corpus: S-0001 rebuts the Bobrick-Martire construction in three separate places — their positive-energy class falls to the same NEC theorem 'for slightly different reasons', their spherically symmetric discussion is called 'deeply flawed', and their only WEC-satisfying warp drive 'is actually not a warp drive metric at all' but reduces globally to Minkowski space. S-0003 rebuts it a fourth time. The corrected picture: the corpus contains NO uncontested warp construction, subluminal or superluminal. What survives contest is narrower still — the 2024 constant-velocity solution, which satisfies the energy conditions by adding a positive-ADM matter shell and is not challenged anywhere in the corpus, and which is a subluminal shell with shift: a rocket in geometric dress.
