C-0030 Under review MODERATE certainty

Streaming energy through 'mini subspace tunnels' collides with the same wall that closed the warp routes, and the literature contains no engineering treatment of it at all. A dedicated harvest found zero papers formulating a wormhole as a power conduit (null result, logged); what the corpus does establish is the price of the geometry itself: traversable wormholes 'necessarily require violations of the averaged null energy condition; this being the definition of exotic matter' (Visser-Kar-Dadhich). The same authors prove the amount can be made arbitrarily small — the requirement is qualitative, not quantitative — which is the sharpest formal hook the tunnel route has. But C-0027 prices exactly this hook: under effective-field-theory control the ANEC is restored, so arbitrarily-small violations have nowhere to live except outside EFT validity. The tunnel-conduit idea is therefore not priced out by magnitude; it is gated by the same single question as everything else superluminal: whether ANEC-violating matter exists at all.

Standing our synthesis · interpretation · TRL 1 Assumes corpus as of 2026-08-10 plus the Front 2 harvest (identifiers copied from live result pages); 'no engineering treatment' = null result of dedicated queries, not proof of absence Stops applying any future work that actually prices a wormhole power conduit; and non-EFT exact theories, per C-0027's regime Note Front 2 (CEO energy-streaming directive). The one formal bridge found: Ragula & Martin-Martinez 2025 (arXiv:2505.04689, NOT yet ingested) propose QET-engineered negative-energy states — a candidate mechanism for sourcing ANEC violation; flagged for follow-up ingestion, deliberately not cited as evidence here.
